Mike cleaned my carpet on 5/22/14 and was very helpful and professional. I've used True Clean before and always been very pleased with the cleaning, how quick the carpet dries (2-3 hours), and that it seems to stay clean longer than with other services. I also appreciate the office keeping me informed if things are running late, as was the case on 5/22.
