We have 2 dogs and I had resigned myself to having horrible carpets. They had not been cleaned in two years and looked very bad. Yesterday Jeff did a fantastic job cleaning them. I can't believe how good they look. There were a few minor spots that he was not able to get out, but on the whole you would never know we have dogs. He was very professional and knowlegeable. i am very happy with the job he did.
