My 1 year old dog has urinated or pooped on my 2 large area rugs in at least a dozen places over the past 8 months and while I did use some sort of enzyme cleaner immediately, I couldn't get up the stains. Andrew was able to get everything cleaned very well and in fact, one of the rugs dried fast but you could still see one stain so he cleaned it again with something different. He was so conscientious, I really appreciated that.
