We have an excellent enzyme for addressing pet urine odor in the carpet fiber, however if the pet urine has saturated the pad underneath it is less effective. In some cases a pad replacement is required. I noticed on your order that we did not use the enzyme in your house and so next time we can offer you this service for just $10 a room. We do appreciate your business and look forward to our next visit.
