I am not satisfied with the end product. It looks like I have stripes in my carpet now. They are suppose to come out and do a reclean of the affected areas. Thank YOu, Sally Stouffer

When we went out to reservice Sally we discovered the lines in her carpet were due to us not raking her carpet properly after the cleaning. We recleaned the area in question and raked it properly and she said she was pleased with the difference.
