There was an equipment problem that caused a delay in the job. The technician stayed until the work was completed. He was very friendly and professional. He showed my husband the amount of dirt that was removed from our couch (shameful!). As my carpeting is wearing, it is a little difficult to tell how much the cleaning had improved the looks. However, I felt better knowing that everything was nice and clean after just moving into a previously owned residence.
