I have had carpeting in my home cleaned over a span of 40 years. For the most part I have sent my oriental and antique carpets out to be cleaned. This time instead of using the traditional company I have used many times, I decided to shop around on the web. I called several companies for bids and True Clean outbid them all. I thought maybe I was taking a risk and that the company might be a small or less professional operation, but I booked them anyway. I have never been more satisfied with the service I received. I was most surprised by the fact that the technician went back and tested one of the area rugs for any remaining dirt. Finding just a bit on his rag, he cleaned the entire carpet again! I was delighted that there were no harmful chemicals used and that the area rugs and carpets were dry within 2 hours. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with True Clean. Next week they are coming back to clean the vents! Great service, quality of work and professionalism!
