Punctual, clean, and efficient.
The guys from True Clean Carpet arrived on time and made sure to clean up after themselves. The carpet was a bit wet when they left and there was some striping that I noticed left behind. But they came out the next day and took care of it. For the most part they did a good job, unfortunately they couldn't get all the dirt out so that's why I gave them a 4 star rating and not a 5 for their service.
