I was very happy with the cleaning job True Clean did. They worked very hard to get some candlewax out of the carpet that had dried there. We also had a room with white carpet that was full of stains. They did a really good job and improved it enough that we aren't going to replace it. They cleaned an area rug in the living room that also had some pet stains. The only negative thing was as they took out their equipment, they left a scratch on the wood floor by the back door.
