Our carpet is 7-1/2 years old. This is the first time it was professionally cleaned. Andrew was able to remove all of the bad stains. We still have a slight pet odor, but it should improve with future cleanings. We are very satisfied with the results. We will call True Clean again .... great job at a fair price.
