I called to schedule an appointment at the last minute and was disappointed it was not possible. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call shortly afterward to be told Trueclean had taken the time to review their schedule and were able to fit me in. Chris was outstanding and explained the process and answered all my questions. My carpet looked so much better than I expected. I could not be more pleased
