I contacted this company after doing research on the internet and saw where it had an A rating with the BBB and was also St. Louis' carpet cleaning company for 2009. I then made a call to Steve, the owner, and scheduled an appt. Because I was having the entire house done, he quoted me a special price that included scotchguarding as well. I was very pleased, especially after having paid even more than that to have my house done by a couple other reputable companies in the past. The employee who came out to clean the carpet was professional and knowledgeable. Joe answered all questions to my complete satisfaction. He arrived on time and we took a tour of the house to give me the opportunity to express any concerns I might have about trouble spots. I then asked him about how long the job would take and left him to do the cleaning. When he had completed the task--and it was right on time, I might add--we took another walkaround to see the areas I had pointed out. I asked him to redo one of the areas, which he did without question. I was very impressed with Joe--head and shoulders above employees of other carpet cleaning companies. He is extremely personable and offers great customer service. I am completely satisifed with the job True Clean Carpet did. In fact, I recommended them to my daugher, and her carpets were cleaned today. I will definitely continue to recommend this company to friends and plan to use them again when my carpets need cleaning. I am a well satisfied customer!
