My appointment was for 2PM, but was pleasantly surprised that there was a cancellation and my appointment got changed to an earlier time. The technician Jeffrey was professional and very knowledgeable about the products he used on our carpets. He did an excellent job cleaning the carpet. I will definitely use True Clean again.
