We hired True Clean Carpet to clean two area rugs, a large sofa, love seat and ottoman. We have two large dogs, and knew the accumulation of dog hair would be a challenge for whomever we hired. We decided to give True Clean a shot. We first called after normal business hours, so we left a message. We received a call-back first thing the next morning. We were able to schedule our appointment two days after our call. Our Technician, Andrew, arrived early for our appointment, which was a very good sign. He is a very nice young man, and explained everything he would do, how he would do it, and what we could expect in the way of results, drying time, etc. Because of the dogs, Andrew cleaned everything by hand, rather than using a machine on the carpets. Needless to say, he worked very hard, and was very, very thorough. When he was finished, he was very insistent that if we noticed any problems with his work, to just call and he would correct it. We are very satisfied with the excellent work done by Andrew, the prompt, courteous service provided by the office staff, and we think that the price we paid was quite fair considering the service provided. We will definitely use this company again, and highly recommend them!
