From Amy, who scheduled my appointment, to Jeff, the technician who cleaned the carpets and furniture, they were very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, prompt and professional. Jeff went above and beyond and performed his job with excellence! He arrived about 30 minutes BEFORE my appointment time AFTER first calling and asking if it was ok for him to show up early. When the work was complete, my carpeting and furniture looked GREAT! The entire experience far exceeded my expectations. I absolutely recommend True Clean and will use their services again!
