Our technician did a very thorough job, and he worked a long time to get everything cleaned. He was on time, very professional, and friendly. When we inspected the carpet more closely later, we did notice that not all of our stains came out as we had hoped. I'm not sure if maybe those stains were just not removable, but that was my only concern.
