Joe, was on time, He was professional and told us he would be here for 3 hours, he started at 8 and was finishe ast 11 am. The carpet was nice and cleaned and he was curtious with doing the room s we asked to do first so our youngest daughters could sleep in their room later. thanks for the great job my carpets look great now with my 5 kids rules are more strict so we can like our carpet great job true clean punctual professional and agreat result thanks
