We called on Saturday asking for help in a pet urine situation and were expecting company the next week, hoping to get in the schedule quickly. True Clean was helpful in getting our carpets cleaned that very Monday. The carpet was clean, however, pet urine smell is still there and no fault of the carpet cleaner. He tried very hard. The cleaning of our carpet and upholstered furniture looks great and dried relatively quickly. We are very happy with our experience and plan to use them often.
