I am delighted to review True Clean Carpet. They were very prompt and courteous at all steps along the way - from my initial request for a quote until the job was completed. With 3 people and 2 pets living in our shot-gun style house, the carpets were very dirty and had several dark spots. I really didn't have much hope to get the stains and dirt out along the main pathways, since I'd had the carpets cleaned about 8 months ago by another company and wasn't impressed with the result. But my carpets had gotten so bad that I had to try something! Luckily I found True Clean's Website. They took a lot more time with the job and managed to get ALL of the dark spots out of my carpet - it is remarkable! It even looks as new as one of the extra pieces of unused carpet I had tucked away in the basement and feels softer and cleaner than it has ever been! And it dried soo fast. The carpet in some parts of my home were dry before the technician even left! I highly recommend True Clean Carpet and will definitely call them again.
