Great service.

The technician was very courteous and cooperative and took notice of all my requests. He did a thorough job and suggested I check later to see if all spots were satisfactorily removed or if he would need to return. Job well done!

Norma's comments shows she was very pleased with the work that was done ("Job well done") and how it was done ("courteous and cooperative") , however with this system if you forget to designate a grade using the stars (1-5) then it defalts to a one star grade and I believe that is what happened here.
