Our carpet hadn't been cleaned in many, many years due to the fact that I didn't want the detergent/shampoo on the carpet. In the past, it has always made my carpet get dirty again quicker. I heard about True Clean on a commercial and decided to give it a try. I am very pleased. I also was worried about my pets (2 cats) being on the carpet after cleaning. I didn't want them to get sick from detergents. The cats did great and the carpet did dry fairly quickly. It did take longer than 2 hours, but it was much quicker than typical carpet cleaning.
