Called for service, was asked if I wanted to fill a cancellation the following day, and gladly accepted. Had 2 couches and an ottoman, living room, play room, and 4 bedrooms cleaned. They came and did exactly as their website explains. Was very happy with the fact that pre-spray leaves no residue. Also, the machine to clean the carpet was not like I've seen before. Very thorough and powerful at removing stains and residue from household carpet cleaners. Drying time took a lot longer than expected, but didn't mind. The carpets were clean! Great job and excellent customer service!
