They Did Not Show Up - Nor Did They Call

We had a 4pm appt today...it's two hours later. No call. Nothing. They dropped the ball.And since it's 6pm on Saturday, I'm sure they've packed it in for the day.

I'm sure they do a good job...if they get to your house.

I hear Dave Glover bragging about them all of the time. Glover's endorsements just got a little tarnished.

This was an unfortunate mistake from a glitch that occurred with our computer system in which his job was shown for a different day. Our office on Saturday had closed by the time we received the call from the customer. We called him first thing the next morning Sunday morning shortly after 8:00 am and offered to come out that morning (Sunday and we dont usually work on Sundays), but he said he had already gone to the grocery store that morning and rented a machine and had already cleaned his carpets. This is a very rare occurrence for us and we were deeply sorry.
