True Clean Carpet supports a local radio station that I listen to, which is how I heard about them. This was our first experience with True Clean, and we were very pleased with how everything turned out as we expected.

They did the carpet cleaning for our entire house, and they were straightforward about what we could expect. For example, we had a couple of carpets upstairs that we knew had some bad stains, and they said they would do their best to remove the stains. They answered all of our questions and did not sugar-coat anything.

We would definitely use True Clean Carpet again. Thy did a very good job and we did not have a chemical smell lingering afterward, which we appreciated.
