The technician arrived on time, reviewed the areas to be cleaned and immediately got to work. Upon completion, he pointed out a couple of small problem spots that had lightened but did not come out. I was overall pleased with the outcome. The carpets took a little longer than the estimated two hours to dry. I would definitely use this company again.
