Stains still in my carpet.
I used True Clean back when it was Zero Rez(sp)in I think 2007 and my carpet was not very dirty. The tech even commented that it was the cleanest carpet he ever cleaned. I liked that they don't use chemical or soaps. This time however I had some spots that didn't come up and in fact looked alot worse when it dried. So I wasn't as pleased as I was the first time.
