We had True Clean carpets to come out and try and save our downstairs carpet....apparently, the previous carpet cleaners (name not added)spilled some water...the carpet had stains we couldn't get out and had no idea where they came from. Our tech explained a spill could do that and removed the stain completely. We also had a few "new puppy" stains on the bedroom carpets which he removed very satisfactorly. I was very impressed with True Clean Carpet
