Love True Clean. My tech, Brent, was very polite & professional, arrived early & completed carpet cleaning promptly. He even managed to completely remove a stubborn stain I couldn't get out. I've had other companies clean my carpets & the carpets felt "crunchy" after drying. My only complaint is the advertising promises the carpets dry in 2 hrs, more like 4-5 hours!
