Seemed good at first But...

This company had potential as we really liked the technicians. However, the problem is that we never had our original pest control issue (mites in the kitchen) resolved for 90 days consecutive which the company states is their warranty period. The mites reappeared within the first 90 days and the company came out again to address the issue. Again, the mites reappeared within 90 days of the 2nd visit. But this time the company told us that only the original 90 day period is covered. Surprise! Needless to say we're in search for a new pest control company now...

The program we provided for you was for a ninety (90) day time frame. Acknowledging that not all pest issues are solved instantly we provided you an additional two (2) service past the ninety (90) day program time frame at no additional cost, hassle free.

You last contacted us approximately three (3) months after the program had finished and two (2) months after your last service.

We advised you a new program was required at this time. There is a beginning and an end for all programs.
