We contacted Peregrine Pest Control in a panic last Saturday night! The so-called Home Inspector found a mousetrap ( with nothing in it!) in our attic and freaked out our potential buyers to the point they wanted to withdraw from the sale!! Nick was kind enough to call us back at 10.00pm on Saturday night, and was at our house by 8.45 on Monday morning. He thoroughly inspected the attic, found no evidence of mice or anything else ever having been there, and provided a thorough and detailed report to put our buyers minds at rest, even though they still pulled out of the deal!! All over a mousetrap!
