Nick was great! He was able to eliminate all but one VERY persistent pigeon that would not leave my property. When spikes were installed he always found another place to perch...even when it wasn't a horizontal spot. I had to call Nick back 3 times to deal with new pigeon sites. On all 3 occasions he was very cheerful and punctual about returning. I think he has finally discouraged this pigeon from my home. I would certainly recommend this company and call them first if I have any other problems.
