I had a VERY active hornets nest built under my hot tub. I normally would take care of these things myself, but I just couldn't reach the nest with any store bought sprays. One treatment of the powdered chemical spray from the tech & the nest was no more. They even offered a second free spray if the first one didn't completely $@!#% the nest. I'd use this company again without a second thought if I was in need again.
