I attempted to contact 4 or 5 companies after searching online for companies treating for ant control in the city (Calgary) and they were the only company to get back to me. They are very prompt and professional and knowledgeable. They were very accommodating in arranging a time to come to the house and due to circumstances beyond both our control when the appointment had to be changed they gave plenty of notice so as not to cause any inconvenience. Their technician was very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. When our problem was not corrected with the first application they were very professional in honouring their guarantee and came out again immediately to do a second application in the problem areas. I will certainly use them again in the future and would most definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with "pest" problems.
