We discovered a wasp problem in our rock garden a couple of weeks ago and certainly were afraid to deal with them on our own simply because we were unable to see the nest itself.

NOT ever having experience with pests in the past, we called Peregrine because of it's great reviews.

The technician called us on the day of the appointment and politely offered to come early if we would like. We were please to see that she arrived in an UNMARKED vehicle - which was great!

The technician was very knowledgeable and very friendly and was open to answer all of our questions and concerns. (We learned a few things about wasps that w were unaware of). We watched the technician during the application and we noticed just how thorough she was in the process - it took an hour. It was obvious she wanted to try her best to get rid of these pests!

Afterwards she told us that she hadn't seen a nest under a boulder like that before and added it appeared that it was fairly big. Although she was confident in that the application was successful advised that if we had an issues the next day to simply call and they would return for a second application free of charge.

She advised to stay away from the area for at least an hour. When we returned home later that afternoon we checked the area and behold found dead wasps! We watched the area for a few minutes and didn't see any around AT ALL!
