The customer service part was excellent, from both ends. I phoned multible times, and spoke to different people who were very helpful. Also the person who actually provided the service was great!

The price was $300.00 cheaper then any other company.

However I'm still being biten, wheather I sleep in my bed or on the couch. But I am confident that by the end of all this the company will honor thier garantee and make sure that i'm bug free soon
