I called $@!#% to request an estimate. They said they would charge (I forgot) maybe $69 for an estimate. They came out, I paid for the estimate, and then $@!#% said that I would have to pay a lot of money ($1200 or more) to get a true estimate for the job. Could you tell me why they came out and charged me for the first estimate? So, I paid for an estimate, for them to come out and tell me that I would have to pay for an additional estimate. Not happy with that company and would never use it or refer them again.
