I had a fantastic experience with Fine Floors. They are a great team that does outstanding professional work. Overall it was a good experience and we were very pleased. This was the first time we worked with Fine Floors. We went with them because I had talked to Joe personally. He is a very personable individual, and he definitely reassured me that the work would be quality. I was very pleased with my conversations with him, and it showed in his work. He did two projects for me: carpet and tile. For the carpet project, he took out my old carpet and laid in new, top-of-the-line carpet. For the tile project, he laid tile over our concrete patio so it has a nicer finish. Both projects turned out fantastic, the prices were fair, and it worked out well. They were very courteous, and they did follow-ups after the work was completed to make sure everything was good. Fine Floor is a family business, and their attitude is that they are here to please. They are very professional. No one would be disappointed if you give them a chance and talk to them. I would definitely recommend them!
