I was looking to install artificial turf in my front lawn. I went to Fine Floors store and saw the product I wanted, so I went with it. I did not go out to bid other companies, so I do not have much to compare them to. Artificial Turf is not a cheap material, but I found their pricing reasonable. We are pleased with how our front yard looks now! However, when the crew was supposed to come out to complete the service, the whole crew did not show up. The manager made up for this by calling other workers who were able to fill in last minute. He went out the his way to make sure that the job was not delayed any further. It seemed like he was disappointed in his crew, and I would not let this occurrence represent their company. Overall, I enjoyed working with Fine Floors and have recommended them to others within my neighborhood. They did their job and my family is happy with the outcome!
