Fine Floors was an excellent service! Joe really stuck with us throughout the entire process and was incredibly helpful. This was our first time that we were going to do flooring ourselves, and when we went to their store, Joe immediately helped us out and recommended some laminate floors we were looking at. We liked the colors and ordered it, and they were sure to let us know when they came in. All the shipments came in when they said they would, and they would call us for the pickup, making it a very smooth process. And the flooring came out great! We went with an option he recommended and were very happy with the result. The customer service was great and made communication super easy. Plus, Joe was very accessible and was available if we had any questions. He would always give his honest opinion, and overall, we were very satisfied with their service. We would definitely recommend them!
