It was a terrible experience with Fine Floors. I paid upfront for the floors, which, normally you shouldn't have to pay until the job's done. But I did that on the 7th, and they scheduled me for the 21st. I'm about an hour and a half away from the house where the job was. So on the 21st, I go there early, and they're supposed to show up between 9-10 AM. I wait and wait, and no one comes. So I call them and they tell me, 'Oh, you're scheduled for tomorrow.' Well, I just lost a day's work. Then I have to show up the next day when they do have me scheduled. They said they're sorry, but that doesn't help me any. They did show up the next day. Their crew who did the work was good and they did a good job. But I will never use them again.
