Very neat & careful.
I was dreading having my carpet cleaned because of bad past experiences where the cleaners got over spray all over, dragged the hose around against things, etc. Nick was not like that, he was extremely neat & careful with everything, like he was working on his own house. He removed a stain I had tried everything on where my dog lays. No odor. Prices are good. Highly recommend!
