Our carpets not only look amazing but Nick took the time to explain the process as he was going as well as suggestions to avoid future wear and tear on the high-traffic areas! His response time to make an appointment was within minutes of my email. He kept me in the loop as to his arrival time so there was no guessing! I highly recommend Eco Choice for the all natural products as well as the excellent customer service. I'm now a customer for life!
