Nick was quick to respond to my inquiry and very flexible in meeting my scheduling needs. I was concerned about having a carpet cleaner that uses non-toxic natural ingredients so as to avoid any allergic reactions for my family. Nick did a great job explaining the non-toxic ingredients he uses, which allowed me to rest my mind at ease. He showed up on time and got set up seamlessly. I appreciated the detail even in putting corner wall protectors up so that he would not scuff up any of the corners with the hose. That was very courteous. He even offered to help lift up a last furniture item. He was thorough, getting every square inch of reachable carpet. When I needed to leave my home for a few minutes, he took a snack break outside so that he wouldn’t be in my home without me there, even though I didn’t ask him to. He was sympathetic to our families situation, in that we had to have our carpets cleaned to get rid of dog dander, since we had to say goodbye to our dog due to allergies. He did a great job deep cleaning our sofa sectional as well, and spent meticulous time caring to detail for that. He wrapped up the appointment by giving us plenty of foot coverings so that we could comfortably walk on the carpet as needed until it dried. I highly recommend Nick and his carpet cleaning company.
