We own a rental that was unfortunately mistreated, left dirty and smelled of animal urine. While some of the carpets were replaced and cleaned the odor still remained. It wasn’t until Nick dropped in and cleaned the carpets that the odor went away. He was professional, on time and the best deal around. We will continue to use him for our rentals, and our home when we are done building. Thank you Nick!!!
