Nick was easy to work with to set up the appointment via email, responded quickly and accommodated my time schedule. He showed up on time and friendly, and was pleasant to my 3 little kids running around in their pj's. He moved the smaller items I didn't get a chance to, and was friendly and kind the whole time. He gave booties for all of us to wear on the damp carpet and a few other goodies as well. Highly recommend!
