I called Nick on Saturday, left a message, and he called me back on Monday. We scheduled for Wednesday at 1:00pm. He called at 1:00pm to let me know he had justed finished a job and would be at my house in 15 minutes. He was. We went over what needed to be done, wrote out the estimate and started working. He was done by 3:45pm. The process was easy. He worked diligently but was friendly...we chatted a bit about this and that. So, all in all, I'm very pleased with Eco Clean. Thanks Nick!
