Nick was extremely attentive when I initially contacted him. He set up an appointment that worked with my schedule right away. When he got here, he was very nice. He knew my husband and I were both working from home and he quietly got the job done, and quickly. He explained everything to us when he was done and even sent me a hand written thank you note a week later! I couldn't have found a better company and I feel great about having my carpet cleaned the Eco Friendly way.
