We were very pleased by the prompt service, fair pricing, cleaning process and guarantee. We had our carpet cleaned and the following week our dog got sick. Ecosafe came back out and cleaned the area for free - no additional cost. We really liked the fact that no harsh chemicals were used! We are planning to use Ecosafe on a routine basis and recommend Ecosafe to our friends and family.
