Carpets looked great.
The area where our dog has urinated smelled much better.We really appreciate that the company uses non-toxic, green products. I liked that the small furniture was moved. I was pleased that the carpet was vacuumed before the cleaning. My only negative would be the price- we would do it more often if it was a little less expensive.
