First of all, I called Window Depot and they sent someone out promptly to give an estimate, and that was in line with other estimates I had. The salesperson who showed me the windows was very thorough and customer service savvy. They installed the windows in a timely manner, and when one seemed to not work properly, they sent someone out right away and it was a minor fix. My experience was very good and I would recommend them in a second to anyone!
